Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Scriptynite^™ (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Scriptynite is operated by Attention at Scale, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. The Service

Scriptynite is a content creation platform that helps YouTube creators develop video scripts and related content assets. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation based on information you provide during guided interviews and profile setup.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Scriptynite. We claim no rights to your scripts, content assets, or any other output generated through your use of the Service.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during signup and profile setup. One person or entity per account. Account sharing is not permitted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Scriptynite offers the following subscription plans:

Creator Plan ($27 per month): 10 scripts per month, full pipeline access, and core features.

Pro Plan ($97 per month): 30 scripts per month, Content Plan, priority generation, unlimited voice training, and unlimited competitor tracking.

All paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Script limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused scripts do not roll over to the next month.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every paid subscription is backed by our 7-day money-back guarantee. When you subscribe, your payment method is charged immediately and you get full access to your selected plan right away.

If Scriptynite isn’t right for you, request a refund within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full. The 7-day window begins on the date of your first paid subscription charge.

The money-back guarantee applies once per person to your first paid subscription. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional guaranteed refunds is a violation of these Terms and grounds for account termination.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Scriptynite. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Refund eligibility: If you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription charge, we will issue a full refund of that charge under our money-back guarantee. You can request your refund instantly from the Manage Subscription option in Settings, or by contacting support.

When the window starts: The 7-day refund window begins on the date of your first paid subscription charge.

After the window: Once more than 7 days have passed since your first charge, that charge is non-refundable. Renewal charges in later billing cycles are non-refundable; to avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your billing period ends (see Cancellation below).

How to request a refund: Use the Manage Subscription option in your Settings page, or email support@scriptynite.com with the email address associated with your account. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option in your Settings page or by contacting support@scriptynite.com.

If you cancel within your 7-day money-back guarantee window, you can choose to receive an immediate refund of your first charge; access ends when the refund is issued.

If you cancel after the guarantee window, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and you retain access to all features of your plan until the billing period ends.

After your subscription ends, your account remains active. You can view and access all previously created content, but you will not be able to generate new scripts or content until you resubscribe.

We do not delete your data when you cancel. Your scripts, content assets, voice training data, and account information are preserved. If you resubscribe in the future, everything will be where you left it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code, algorithms, or underlying methodologies of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service or generate content in bulk beyond your plan limits.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any output generated by the Service as a competing product or service.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users.

9. Intellectual Property

Your content: You own everything you create using Scriptynite. Your scripts, content assets, and any other output are yours.

Materials you upload: When you provide source material such as notes, articles, or call and meeting transcripts, you confirm that you have the right to use that material, including any consent required from other participants in a recorded conversation. Uploaded transcripts are used only to generate your content: personal details are anonymized in generated output, transcripts are not used to train AI models, and they are deleted when you delete the associated project or your account.

Our content: The Service itself, including its design, code, frameworks, methodologies, algorithms, prompts, and user interface, is the property of Attention at Scale, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or its underlying technology.

10. API Keys and Third-Party Services

Certain features of the Service may require you to provide your own API keys for third-party services (such as ElevenLabs for voice synthesis). You are responsible for any costs associated with your use of those third-party services. We do not store or share your API keys beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of third-party services through Scriptynite is subject to those services’ own terms and conditions.

11. YouTube API Services

Scriptynite uses YouTube API Services. By using Scriptynite, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Please also review the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. In addition to Scriptynite’s normal procedures for deleting stored data, users can revoke Scriptynite’s access to their data via the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

12. Data and Privacy

We collect and store the information you provide during account creation and use of the Service, including your email address, channel profile information, scripts, content assets, and usage data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. This data is aggregated and anonymized.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@scriptynite.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content generated will achieve any particular result.

In no event shall Attention at Scale, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
